We know you prefer to know how much legal services are going to cost. Traditionally law firms used the billable hour to determine the cost of legal services. While we still use billable hours for some matters we try our best to be up front about our fees. For some types of services we offer a flat rate fee.

We represent both borrowers and lenders in foreclosures. Please note we bill foreclosure files hourly, however we charge the greater of $2500.00 or our cumulative hours worked when representing borrowers.
This fee is charged at the conclusion of your matter, whether that be a result of a sale or a refinance.

We offer our services to companies on an ongoing basis. We will sit down with you and determine the needs of your company and come up with a monthly fee for our services. Some of the services we will be able to assist with on an ongoing basis includes:
For certain RTB files we may consider a contingency fee agreement where our fees are based on a percentage of the awarded damages. Generally this is only an option in wrongful evictions in the case of notice for family use, or high damages.
We are offering a one year subscription service for Tenancy services. With a one year subscription at $60 per month or $720 for the year you receive up to 3.5 hours of legal advice per year which is approximately $1,102.50 value. Up to 10 additional hours of work is discounted by 10%.
This service is available to landlords or tenants and can include anything from advice, drafting tenancy agreements, preparing and serving eviction notices, responding to claims or any other related work.
